This is at Carriage Hills (Horseshoe Valley), right near Barrie Ontario
Canada.

Basic Details:
- 1 floating week every odd year, red time, gold crown status
- 2 Bedroom lockout unit (can split into two weeks, one in a studio
unit and one in a one bedroom!)
- 2005 year has been deposited, studio has been booked for December
2004, one bedroom is still in deposit bank (all fees paid up to date)
- Maintenence fee was $580 for 2005 and has been paid. Next fee due in
2007.
- Fully exchangable with RCI resort network
- Deeded property, owned for life (not leased/rental)

Additional Terms:
- I will cover lawyer fees (for transfer of the deed into your name)
in the purchase price to ensure everything is done correctly, and to
ensure the security of the transfer for both parties.
- A membership at Carriage Hills (gives you access to pools, rec areas
24/7/365, 10% off at restaurants and 40% off of green fees and lift
tickets) is $400 for a 3 year term. You do not need to purchase this,
but it's an extra "value-added" feature that you can take if desired.
- My RCI membership (which allows you to trade a week at Carriage
Hills for a week anywhere in the world) will be transferred into the
buyers name. The application form and transfer costs $65USD, which I
will pay on the buyers behalf.

Asking for $10,000 or best offer. Also interested in any trades, full or
partial (car, truck, classic/antique auto, electronics, etc etc etc...).

Please email ***@gmail.com for details.

Thanks for the backing RH... I'd agree, they do make sense if you know how
to work it to your advantage. Unfortunately I bought it in a partnership
which broke down and neither of us can hang on to it solo.... It's either
my house, or my timeshare :(
